Kraig R. Kime, 50, of rural Fayette, Iowa, died on Sunday morning, February 5, 2012 at his home. Mass of the Resurrection: 10:30 A.M. Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Fayette with Rev. Dale J. Rausch officiating. Visitation: 3:00 to 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday at the Jamison-Schmitz Funeral Home, Maynard and for one hour before the Mass at the church on Wednesday. Scripture Service: 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment: St. Francis Cemetery, Fayette, Iowa. A Memorial Fund has been established. Online obituary at www.jamisonschmitzfuneralhome.com Kraig Robert Kime was born on August 13, 1961 at West Union, Iowa, the son of Robert Keith & Irma Marie (Bouska) Kime. He graduated from Fayette Community High School in 1979. Kraig was united in marriage to Lori Monica Riley on May 3, 1980 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church at Fayette. Kraig worked for AgVantage FS, Inc. as a liquid petroleum salesman. Kraig was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church at Fayette where he was an usher, served on the parish council and was a money counter. He enjoyed camping, snowmobiling, motorcycling and attending his children's school events. Kraig was on the S.I.A.C. Committee at West Central and was also a West Central Little League coach. He especially loved to spend time with his family. Kraig will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. Kraig is survived by his wife, Lori Kime of Fayette; 3 Children: Kaleb Kime, Collin Kime and Mikaela Kime all at home; Parents: Robert and Irma Kime of Fayette; 6 Siblings: Cindy Kime of Springfield, Missouri, Sharon (Mike) Rettinger of Oelwein, Chris Kime of Fonda, Dean (Patricia) Kime of Merrill, Lisa Bonnichsen of Des Moines and Ed (Lori) Kime of Sumner; Father-In-Law: L.M. Riley of Fayette; Brother-In-Law: Larry (Laura) Riley, Jr. of Springville and numerous Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles & Cousins. He was preceded in death by a Brother in infancy: Keith; Nephew, Aaron Rettinger; Mother-In-Law: Georgie Riley; Grandparents: J.M. & Mayme Bouska and Byron & Pearl Kime; Uncle: Bill Kime and an Aunt: Linda Kime.
